Adam Smith wrote of the fusion of ideas… about the fact that one person in one town can come up with an idea, but be unable to take it any further… and another person in a different town, with a different set of life experiences and needs might never come up with the idea in the first place, but having the idea placed before him he might be able to add on important and fundamental changes that will advance the creation to another higher level.
This is the concept behind the band ‘Rednex‘… they’ve come up with a fusion of dance music and Country music and made a strange and interesting amalgom that is lively and makes you want to jump up and dance to the fiddle…
The surprising thing is this band is from Sweden. I guess it just gives meaning to Adam Smith’s concept. I bet his concept of the ‘Invisible Hand’ of the marketplace is correct also.
